At Gets & Grapp Psychiatry, our mission is to make high-quality mental health care accessible through both in-person visits at our Central Jersey office and telehealth services. We proudly serve patients across all of New Jersey, and telehealth is also available for individuals residing in New York State. Our services include comprehensive psychiatric assessments, personalized therapy, and expert medication management for those navigating a mental health diagnosis, seeking ongoing support, or exploring treatment options. Meet The Team

Lenny Gets

PMHNP-BC

Lenny is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He earned his Master's in Nursing from Monmouth University and holds a Bachelor's degree from City University of New York, Hunter College. Throughout his career, Lenny has worked with adolescents and adults in various clinical settings, including outpatient mental health clinics and community health centers. He is also fluent in Russian and Ukrainian.

Lenny's diverse clinical experience has equipped him with the skills to manage a wide range of mental health disorders, including ADHD, trauma, depression, anxiety, insomnia, and mood disorders.

He believes in a holistic approach to mental health care that addresses not only the physical symptoms but also the emotional, social, and environmental factors affecting his patients. Lenny is known for his empathetic and patient-centered approach to care, always taking the time to understand his patients' unique needs and concerns.

In addition to his clinical work, Lenny is committed to ongoing professional development and regularly attends workshops and conferences to stay updated with the latest advancements in psychiatric nursing

Galina Grapp

PMHNP- BC, C

Galina Grapp is PMHNP- BC, C is an experienced and highly qualified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing comprehensive care to adolescents (age 14 and older) and adults at Gets & Grapp Psychiatry.

She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Monmouth University and brings extensive clinical expertise in diagnosing and treating a broad spectrum of mental health conditions. Galina is board certified by ANCC and AANP.

Galina Grapp is dedicated to creating individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based psychotherapy with thoughtful medication management, tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals.

Her areas of specialization include ADHD, Depression, Anxiety disorders, Panic disorder, Eating disorders, Bipolar disorder, Mood disorders, Insomnia, Post-Traumatic Stress disorder (PTSD),Obsessive–Compulsive disorder (OCD), and Anger-related concerns.

Her approach emphasizes collaboration, patient education, and the development of a strong therapeutic alliance to foster trust, resilience, and long-term stability.

In addition to English, Galina is fluent in Russian and proficient in Ukrainian, Belarusian, and Polish, allowing her to deliver culturally sensitive and accessible care to a diverse patient population.

Do you accept insurance? Yes. G&G Psychiatry is in-network with several major insurance providers. If you don’t see your insurance listed, we can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement. You’re also welcome to contact us directly with any insurance questions.

What if I don’t have insurance or want to pay out-of-pocket? We offer transparent direct pay options. Our fees are: Initial Evaluation: $350 Follow-Up: $200 Additional fees may apply for letters, forms, or late cancellations. (See our Payment & Insurance page for full details.)

What conditions do you treat? Do you offer telehealth appointments? Yes. We provide secure telehealth sessions to patients across New Jersey and New York State, in addition to in-person visits at our Central Jersey office.

What ages do you see? We see adolescents age 14 and older as well as adults.
